Skinless chicken fillet, pasta & carrots recipe

Shopping list
- 222 gr Skinless chicken fillet
- 150 gr Carrot
- 90 gr Pasta (= 23 gr dry)
- 22 ml Rapeseed oil
- 13 gr AlphaMix
- 5 ml OmegaMix (3 presses on the pump)

Instructions
1. Cut the meat into small or large pieces depending on your dog's size. Heat the meat in 80 degree water for 10 to 15 minutes (the water should just not boil). This prevents denaturing of proteins and the nutrients are well preserved.
2. Cook the pasta well at the end with the other ingredients so that it absorbs the taste of the meat.
3. Cut the carrot into slices or cubes and steam until cooked through. (Tips: You can leave the peel if it is organic.)
4. Add rapeseed oil, AlphaMix and OmegaMix at the end and mix. Be careful, do not heat the oil or the supplements.

Conservation
The food you cook for your dog will keep for about a week in the fridge. You can also freeze portions.

The nutrition point
Carrots grow in the soil and contain (when grown in rich soil) many vitamins and minerals – B-carotene is well represented. When organic, they also contain acetylsalicylic acid, which has a regulatory effect on the immune system. The roots contain prebiotic fibres and therefore nourish the microbiome.
